This interface with  international award  recipients and best practice organisations enures that  we  are constantly learning and gaining knowledge at first hand.  

Business Excellence New Zealand manages the New Zealand Performance Excellence Study Awards (PESA) with the support of a partnership of public and private sector organisations.

• As part of the management of the awards Business Excellence New Zealand arranges for the  training of the PESA assessment panel and internal PE assessors by a Baldrige qualified taining facilitator. This regular updating process ensures calibration to the Baldrige Performance Excellence Criteria and core values.
