In-house Performance Excellence Basics (PEB) briefings  are an ideal introduction to the principles of performance excellence and assessing your current performance.

PEB briefings are available throughout the year. Each briefing takes approximately 2.5 hours and includes

• a practical user friendly explanation of the basic Performance Excellence criteria
• the PEB internal assessment of your  current performance

Any organisation hosting an in-house PEB briefing is also eligible to participate in the annual PESA Study Visit to USA.

PEB briefings are user friendly, jargon free and provide a comprehensive grounding in Performance Excellence principles
